Scotland apartments offers 25 completely furnished
and attractively decorated one bedroom apartments. All have full kitchens,
telephone, English cable TV, high speed internet access, among other expected features. New Maytag
washers and dryers as well as safety deposit boxes are available. Apartments in
original building are 400+sq.ft. and in new building
are 500-600+sq.ft. plus verandas or
private gardens. English spoken.
Description:
The Scotland Apartments are located just nine blocks
from the city center and one block from Central Avenue but are in a quiet upper class residential neighborhood. Within a couple of blocks
there are
restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a theater and other shops. There
are two excellent Spanish language schools nearby. We try to maintain a
friendly atmosphere so you will feel that this is your home, where you
may entertain guests. We only insist on quiet so as not disturb your neighbors.
Some apartments have extra sofa-beds. The rates include linen, kitchen utensils, cable
tv, water, electricity up to $20 per month (which is enough
for practically everyone). The only extra charges are for any cleaning
or laundry you may request and for outgoing phone calls. There is also
a $200-250 security deposit.
