Reservations & Policies

With a deposit of one night's rate plus taxes, or 50% of the total stay plus taxes, for stays of more than one night (Checks payable to Pilar Saavedra-Vela). 
Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to scheduled 
arrival; 50% refund if less than 30 days; full refund if 30 days prior to arrival.
